I'm Zin, but I think here has the worst customer service in the US. Follow-ups are super slow or nonexistent, the refund process is incredibly late, and they didn't refund my money sometimes, so I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company for the past two years to get my money back. Shame on you, zumba.com!
