The process is very easy, never had an issue placing or picking up, also never seen an associate at the store front. Kinda gives an eerie feel, but it's easier than a freshman at prom, so who's complaining? Love the variety of flavors, and the sharing discounts. I do wish I could pick flavor groups to rotate between for a subscription discount, but I sense as west end properly cements itself atop whole bean suppliers more options will become available to us. I can grow with yall, especially when your product is top notch.
