You have the worst communication of any company I have ordered from it is practically non-existent. Your product came in an empty box with no paperwork nothing to tell me how to clean it or anything else and the product was the wrong product. Your ad said guarantee by Christmas and it was late. I canceled and you sent it anyway, late. I requested a return and you never answered my request. You give fireman a bad name
