This is a high-quality product that works very well. I highly recommend. All items in this package are of high-quality materials. The steam cleaning pad works very well and is washable. Customer service was also excellent! My initial order was lost in the mail. I think one of the mail carriers may have taken my order. That said, Grill Rescue sent me another order at no charge.
