Outsourced customer service would not my cancel my order after 2 cancelation requests before they shipped the product. Blamed the large response to their national ad for not having enough staff to process orders in a timely fashion. Bought other grill cleaning products to use for my family bbq 12 days after ordering theirs and not receiving it yet.
