I always have had concerns about having fresh food shipped to my door (won't be ordering crab cakes again for example) but my sausage arrived promptly and in perfect condition. My only negative comment is that the separation between the 3 ropes was only a sheet of butcher paper and I was not able to separate them without defrosting the entire 5 lbs. But once I bit into them I quickly forgot about that. Also it would be great if you offered the pork/provolone/parsley ropes with fennel (my Mom always reminded me to be sure I asked for those when I went shopping for her). I see some of the other options you offer have fennel and anise which is such a difference maker. No complaints here, just suggestions. I will be buying more and more.
