This company is horrible for returns and the bags are ugly. They first bribe you to keep the ugly bags you don't want for a 10% refund. Then 20% refund after you say no, you want a full refund. Then they tell you to ship it at your own expense. Do you know how expensive it is to ship luggage? Then they say you will only get an 80% refund once you do.
I am still trying to get them to at least pay for shipping. I have quite literally had a 16 email back-and-forth with them asking me for pointles
