I didn't realize the shoes were coming from China and took too long to get here. Box was very beat up but the shoes inside were fine.

Shipping took a while, but everything was as described

Great service

Site is very..clunky. especially tracking. At one point it said the pkg had been delivered, but it actually had not. I emailed to check on that amd got zero response , even after a week had passed. Literally had no idea of true status up until it arrived. While I like the shoes I got as a gift for my daughter, the shopping experience and cost prevent me from buying from here again

They were out of what I originally ordered so they sent me a different shoe. I hate the color and the size is too small. No exchanges or refunds. I will not be purchasing again. That was my first and last time.
