Would have been great to get the product I ordered but that never happened and the tracking number provided doesn't work

Fraudulent advertising.

The only thing that there was no follow up with the arrival of the purchase.

Very easy. Quick response and order complete Expected delivery was at least 22 days or more. Shoes came in 2 weeks. Very satisfied

I never received my order. And correspondence when trying to solve this matter has been terrible. I'm still waiting on them to contact me back. I showed snapshots of FedEx tracking to show they couldn't deliver it. I still am waiting for this company to respond to me.
