The ordering process was ok, it was a little complicated trying to figure out how to change subscription and /or add items but I got there in the end. Would be great to find the delivery schedule more easily. If you want your delivery for earlier in the week order on Friday and it should arrive Tuesday. That’s my experience so far. I did find making contact was a small challenge as well. They did respond via email within about 24 hours as it said. But understand business is still small.
