BustedTees.com is the WORST company! If I were you, I would NOT dare risk my money with them. If you have an issue (like them not shipping your items for over four weeks without contact), there is NO WAY to contact them. You can try to email, but all you get back (over two weeks for me) is an automated email stating you have reached them outside of operating hours, which means they never work! Then, after 4-1/2 weeks, my items suddenly appear even though I don't want them anymore! I want a refund, but I don't dare return these T-shirts because I will end up with nothing, knowing how this company works.
I ordered these on December 11 for CHRISTMAS AND RECEIVED THEM THE SECOND WEEK OF JANUARY!!! When I placed my order, it said it would ship in 2-3-days. Now, since THEY screwed up, I have to pay an extra $13.++ to ship one of the shirts to someone who was here with us on Christmas but now has gone back home to another state.
SHAME ON YOU!!!! I want an explanation, and none of this: " We were overwhelmed by orders over the holidays." I get that it happens, but the lack of communication really angers me. They don't give a rat's @ss about their customers.
