Again, instead of fixing the issue immediately as requested they let their delivery company sit and wait another week before attempting delivery again. I wasted over 20 hours fighting to get my shipment. You say on a new order until you were sure the original order was delivered and then you immediately canceled the replacement order. I requested a refund over and over.... but was denied and told to be understanding and patient. Unacceptable!!!
