the email i received for this survey says would get a $10 coupon id i shared how things look and feel. but it seems it is only if i send a photo or video. it does not say that in the email

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I purchased a new device as a replacement for a previously failed unit, only to receive another defective product. The temperature sensor is unstable and makes the device unreliable.
What is most frustrating is not just the hardware issue, but the support process — repeatedly asking for the same photos and explanations instead of taking responsibility and resolving a clear warranty case. This should not happen with a premium “smart” product.
