Buyer beware! Depending on Aust post rush it’s pot luck if it arrives in the suggested timeframes and company will not take any responsibility for delays. I ordered two. Order one- arrived 8 days from dispatch to central Sydney. Recipient seemed happy with the gesture. I was disappointed it was in transit so long. Order two- Item was undelivered due to Aust Post claiming address was incorrect despite Aust post delivering to this exact address regularly. I was left with 100% of the cost and offered no other resolution. Was even more disappointed in the dismissive responses and sarcasm delivered in the emails that followed. Great concept, poor execution.

Nothing to add, great service at a good price, however it’d be great to have a couple more regular offers or discounts as in all honesty this is not a first necessity product, more something you consider to treat or pamper yourself/loved one and sometimes between extras and shipping it amounts to what you would spend in a different, sort of ‘durable’ gift.
