AWFUL! 5 weeks later and I’m still waiting for the parcel which is supposedly with the courier according to the tracking information I was submitted by this company. When I have spoken to their customer service team to say it’s been stuck with the courier for 4 weeks their response is I am to call the courier and find out where my parcel is which I think is unfair as I did not choose this useless courier company and yet I’m not having to do the chasing, money lost as still no ordered.
