I've been buying the kit for years now. This time, it arrived warm due to the weather. I wish you'd made sure with the delivery company that the products needed to be kept at a cool temperature.
Also, I'm disappointed that you changed the cleanser — the green one was much better. The current one smells bad; perhaps it's spoiled due to the heat.
