There is an unnerving lag time between the shipping department and the shipping company. After the order is made and then the shipping label is sent to the shipping company, it takes a while for the shipper to receive the order to be shipped. It does eventually happen though.

i have used exclusively wishtrend/klairs for years now. i will never go to another brand!! they're the best. only thing i don't like is how expensive the shipping is 😭😭 i would order more often if shipping was cheaper.
