Took 6 weeks to come. Ignored my emails till I made a review.

Expensive for what I received with the top and the jumpsuit in Beige is totaly see through in the back which is not shown on the video. Again for 150$ a jumpsuit I was expecting more.. I will see if I can make an exchange for the black but so far I am a bit disappointed. The jumpsuit is really 100% cotton though and the cut is beautiful just very revealing in the beige color so will definitely not be wearing it unfortunately :(

The delay between ordering and receiving the item almost made me forget about it.

The customer service was very good, but there are only the two sizes. I guess I fall in between.

Products too expensives and they took more than a month to delivery the purchases.

I ordered the skirt earlier for a vacation but received it 3 months after my trip. However, I was able to submit emails to customer service for updates on delivery status.

I do not know if I will be able to wear the pants that convert to a jumpsuit; very complicated to put on and also very creased, not sure if the wrinkles will steam out. Not sure how this will work for travel.

I’ve sent two emails to customer support asking to exchange or return my items and have not received a reply! Very disappointed in the Customer Service so far.

I was told last time that the blouse would arrive by May 30th, and I haven't received any message, even though this is the third email I've sent. I want my money back for the blouse. I won't wait any longer. I expect a response from your team soon. I placed this order with you and only received one item. The halter top never arrived, and your communication and responses are very poor. I only received messages when I wrote to you, and you take a very long time to reply.

I asked for a refund and I was only offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement of the same overpriced poor quality garment.

Website is easy to navigate, and kept me up to date on delivery. Item was as pictured.

As said, very late arrival and I was promised it would arrive in time for my holiday, which it did not, and you still have NOT responded to my email regarding this!

My Experience was good. I was confused about what size to get and how long it would take to get my package. it was my first time ordering with you but now I know what to expect , if I order again I will give myself more time and order way in advance, at least a month in advance. My dress/skirt was a bit big around the waist area but I didn't have time to try to do any alterations because my event was too close to date. it was not too long. If I had more time I would have asked to take it in.
