Very disappointed as shipping. It was meant to be a present, but ended up arriving with four weeks delayed and now is no longer needed as I missed the date of the event even though I ordered it a month ahead. Shame as it was a lovely idea… I wrote to customer service few times but I had a response once with apologies for the initial delay but after four weeks I was expecting at least a compensation.
