Product was not labeled on arrival. I bought numerous of the same design in different scents to give as gifts but they were not differentiated. This meant I had to open them up and guess what scent was which ruining the packaging and no longer making them suitable as a gift. I contacted customer service last week and still haven’t heard anything back.
