Did not get a response from the hair match guarantee initially. Placed my order to get the sale price (which is still going), but the hair did not match. There is only one opportunity to try a replacement color. I did not get a response to my color match message and I got a “mail undeliverable” to the customer service email. My husband was able to get in touch with the company using a separate email. Website says guaranteed color match, but it is not a true guarantee and it cannot be dyed.
