Poor customer service.

Very good product did not disappoint. The texture is amazing and so easy to apply. My hair color is much lighter than the ones I received so with that I can’t wear them. But I am so happy with the product and the short amount of time it took to receive my order.

Communication was good. Shipping took a while. Overall an ok experience.

Customer service was a joke, how do you recommend a product directly then when the recommended product is so far off but still offer no compensation for the money your customer wasted on your product that will not be able to be used by the consumer. I would avoid “color matching” if you employees cannot in fact color match….. deceptive practices don’t fall for it. Go on Amazon 1/2 the cost and way better selection and hey you can return it for a refund if it doesn’t match!

it is listed as being made in the USA and it is not. Also states you can return within 30 days but does not tell you until you try to return it that you are responsible for the return shipping plus a restocking fee
