I was cautious at first when shopping directly with KiKi’s website and through the online live sales on both Facebook and Instagram. KiKi’s Crystal is located in Hong Kong. I am in Texas. So the global distance could have been a liability. On the contrary, the welcoming friendly employees in both sales and customer service are consistent. The shipping is free over $50 purchase (super easy for me to achieve 🫣) and the skill and high standard for packing guarantees my specimens arrive unharmed.
