The staff at the Patch Notes booth were friendly, flexible, and helpful. They also weren't taking themselves too seriously, one time when I walked by they were clearly in the middle of a bit so I told them I'd be back again the next day. I appreciate commitment to the bit, especially at an event as chaotic as a PAX.
