You need to do better with the S&H at the warehouse. I did not get my free offers, which I never reached out to complain about. Then every other day I get an email demanding I give a review. You asked for it, here it is: The pendant is cheap jewelry, but it is nice for what it is, FOUR STARS. Never got the free items offered at the time of ordering and hounded afterward for a review, ONE STAR.
