I ordered a laptop sleeve, a jot duo and a wallet, the sleeve and jot duo as advertised having one day delivery for NCR was untrue, I had to message the support and then they portered it to me 2 days late. Days later when they sent the wallet, due to warehouse errors, they sent the wallet and the other two products again!! Also they sent the wrong wallet colour and had sub par quality! For the competitive prices of their products it might be worth it but definitely not as good as advertised.

I think i can't say that in terms of look and finish of a product you failed anywhere, so can't give you a bad rating for that. The product definitely fails to achieve for what it was build for but great build quality nonetheless.
