I’ve been trying to return this product for weeks due to both a malfunction and extremely poor quality, but I still haven’t been able to successfully return it or receive my refund. The image quality is terrible almost like a pixelated photo was enlarged, making it look blurry and distorted. At this point, I guess I’m out $96.79.
