The Anker Power Station is a fantastic product, and I knew exactly what I was getting when I purchased it. However, I’m writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Renewable Outdoors. I chose to buy from them because they had the best price—better than both Amazon and Anker directly—by a few hundred dollars. The checkout process was simple, and I placed my order late on a Friday evening. Over the weekend, a job opportunity came up where I could put my new gear to use, but I wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time. I decided to call the number on their website, and to my surprise, an actual human answered the phone. (Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.) I explained my situation, and he assured me that he would do everything possible to expedite my order. Renewable Outdoors truly impressed me with their customer-first approach. Sure enough, my Anker Power Station arrived much earlier than expected—just in time for my job. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ll absolutely be calling Renewable Outdoors for future purchases! Also, I own several Anker products, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Highly recommend both the brand and this retailer!
