I want to start by saying that I’m extremely happy with the product. Having ordered from Awesome Tumblers before, I expected the same great quality, and you delivered on that front. However, I am deeply disappointed with your customer service this time around.
It took quite some time to receive my order, and I had to call at least three times to inquire about the delay. To this day, no one has returned my calls, which is very frustrating. Excellent customer service is just as important as a quality product, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations.
Regardless of any discounts or sales, I doubt I will order from you again. I’ll be exploring other options for future purchases. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service moving forward.
