Was automictically charged for lessons I thought were free to try out. Had to cancel to stop them charging my account without permission. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth due to not being able to try the free lessons and being charged for the lesson and never receiving the refund of $12 after cancelling and never viewing any lessons I may have been interested in. So I haven't gone back to even figuring out how to use the LUCY tool.

Confused about the $12 monthly fee for access to the Lucy app. Bought it as a gift. Free trial expired before my overseas family received the package. Recommend you permit the free trial to be activated by buyer when ready to try out the Lucy.
