Waiting for advice on a replacement key. 2 emails sent so far, not impressed with the customer service. No response to any mails, no way of contacting by phone. terrible customer service, wish I had gone elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone use this company.

Despite the assurances re customer service set out on the website my experience with this company has been abysmal. Having agreed to the return and replacement of a faulty product a promised collection has failed to materialise and presently a second scheduled collection looks highly unlikely. There are sporadic responses to emails (no telephone number so no other option) which suggests I may be dealing with a bot. Highly unsatisfied, I will never deal with this company again.
