Unhappy with product and still don’t have it working. They didn’t mention that they were not going to include an .18 cent plastic part of you have rope blinds instead of metal beads. I paid installer to come out and parts missing. I contact support 2x over 3 days and still have no idea if they have shipped anything. They a cute tech company that has missed the most basic part of customer service.
Lots of vidoes to watch re installing. Thing is too much of a pain in the ass for the problem is solves.
