The nutritional information on these noodles is deceiving. The noodles are advertised everywhere (also on the container) that there is 6.6g of carbs for 100 grams. There’s 62g of ramen in each container, but the serving size is calculated as 312g with 250ml of water. Technically the info is accurate - but to the untrained eye - you would think the 62g of ramen would equate to about 4g of carbs. 20g of carbs, while lesser than a supermarket brand, isn’t what I would classify as ‘low carb’, but that term isn’t moderated and open to interpretation. I regretted my decision after purchasing this, and haven’t used a single pack of the 12 I ordered because I feel 20g of carbs is still a luxury.
