I like the other soy based Qetoe noodles too, i.e. fettucine and spirals. I use them for spag bol. Only one I've found a failure were the lasagne sheets - need a different recipe.

I'm Absolutely Hooked! and pretty close to the real thing that I have ever tasted. So easy to prepare and multiple ways of using it. Only four stars is because it gets really sticky and bunches together when I pour the water out after cooking as it cools and I've tried cooking it less etc.. so maybe I should rinse it after cooking?? Not sure how other people deal with that. However, Every Qetoe product I'm trying... I just want more of!
