I really want to like the pasta but there’s a hint of what I call cardboard in the texture, that I’ve found in a few substitutes. It’s not easy to get right with the cooking of it either, easy to go over and turn into stodge. I’m happy to try it here and there or if the formula is improved.

Shipping was pretty quick; I did have a mate ask if i had actually received the package because he had heard shipping was taking forever (just feedback that you might be interested in). The box was a bit of overkill though. It will be good when you can buy retail to save on packaging.
