I really want to like the pasta but thereā€™s a hint of what I call cardboard in the texture, that Iā€™ve found in a few substitutes. Itā€™s not easy to get right with the cooking of it either, easy to go over and turn into stodge. Iā€™m happy to try it here and there or if the formula is improved.
