Awesome pasta for those of us who want high protein and low carb. Just make sure you cook in plenty of water and rinse well as it can get very "gluey". Best thing is that my kids will only eat this pasta! They like it that much because it holds sauce. And being high in fibre and protein makes this a super food in our house.

I really like the taste, it is the closest thing to normal pasta…. BUT I find it to be very high in calorie which is a let down as I would buy it so much more often if I could eat it feeling guilt free, it’s a fantastic option over traditional pasta… but not as low in calorie as some other pastas I have found which is a bit of a let down. I find it sometimes falls apart when cooking to and can be a bit sticky
