I haven’t received the product purchased and asked for assistance from seller as the track link shows the same status since August 13th. I received no assistance.

Terrible experience with customer service. This is the second survey you’ve asked me to fill in, but your customer service people don’t seem inclined to actually help customers.

The items were dispatched, I was informed on progress. They arrived in good shape. So all around it was a good experience. I'm not convinced a single canvas would travel quite so well as there was no padding. Delivery takes a couple of weeks, but prices are infringed by email regularly. I didn't have any issue so I didn't contact customer service and can't comment on that.

Pleased with the kit but would have liked a written book with instructions rather than going on line. The details said it included an instruction booklet and customer services said they would post one then came back later and said they were only on line.
