Their customer service is garbage. They send incorrect items and refuse to rectify their own mistakes/errors.
I’ve emailed multiple times about the issue with my order. They did not resolve it and clearly have no plans to. They lied about the format and when the wrong one arrived rather than attempt to fix it they just told me that’s how the large painting are shipped now. All while disregarding the fact that they listed the item as framed sent me an unassembled frame (which to get properly and professionally done will cost me $80). So essentially they sold me one thing, sent something different and rather than acknowledge the issue and take steps to rectify their mistake, they have ignored my emails apart from sending a form response with instructions to make the frame myself (which I bought the version I did specifically so I wouldn’t have to). That’s all overlooking the brushes they send are cheap and sometimes the colors are inaccurate from what they portray online.
