I always get an email saying there is an unexpected delay. It would be more honest to put a longer delivery time on the package than keep saying there are delays as there can't be every time. It's ok to have a longer delivery time, just be clear about it. My canvas is also creased and is dirty along the edges so not sure how well it has been looked after - probably stock from a previous year.
