The word horrible doesn't even begin to describe their lack of concern for customer needs and the way they'd rather save a dollar then take care of their customers is quite appalling.
I was only asking for what I paid for and nothing more, but they literally put their needs above mine for over three weeks, back-and-forth, again and again.
Go ahead and buy the quality products but God help you if you have any type of warranty issue or need to purchase additional parts for replacement etc.

Black for a reduced price which I was glad to get but they took five days to process the shipping and then another 7 days to arrive from Texas a bit of a stretch as well I do hope they are okay because paying for shipping back in case of a problem would be a big NO NO
