I don’t like that I had to pay $10 to make a return and exchanging wasn’t an option. There’s a tiny button that you can pay extra for simple returns, but didn’t think I’d need to do that. Usually companies have easy and free returns/exchanges! I just needed a different size and I hate that I had to spend $10 to return and then do a whole separate order. Very frustrating.
