I sent a request the day after I received my order, one of the units was making a noise when I plugged it in, they advised me to trouble shoot the problem as sometimes during shipping things can happen. They told me to clean off the outside of the unit and leave it unplugged for 3 to 4 hours, I actually left it unplugged for a full day. It did the trick and its running smooth and quietly with no problem. But they also told me if I did have continued problem they would replace it right away
