Online was pretty good once realised each item need to be added, as I was doing a package but also adding the Stub Gun which didn’t seem to be able to add item on the normal packages. As a note I tried twice (on different days) to ring to check a couple of things on the website prior to ordering and after receiving items (to check on recommendations of how much concentrate and water to use), but couldn’t get anyone to answer either time.
