I ordered t shirts for my husband for Fathers Day. I ordered the wrong size and immediately emailed (they don't answer phone calls). It took them 2 weeks to get back to me and they said basically if everything wasn't perfect in original package they wouldn't refund. I was too afraid to try so now I'm stuck with 3 shirts that are too small for him. Order through Amazon if you must have their shirt designs

See my previous review about the beanie that never arrived. The fact that your company won’t reply to emails is absurd and unacceptable. If you receive product back because of a mailing issue is your responsibility to at least respond to your customer when they email you for how to fix it.
