Ça a étté très pénible avec DHL. La livraison a été retardée de plusieurs jours alors que je recevais des notifications m’indiquant que cela allait être livré le jour même. Comme je voulais qreceptionner le paquet et signer, je me suis organisée pour qu’il y ait toujours quelqu’un à la maison mais en vain . Le service client a été très rèactif mais ils n’ont rien pu faire avec le transporteur. Sachez que le colis a été abandonné devant ma porte et on ne m'a pas faitsigner…
