organized and thorough, shipped and delivered on time, online shopping was easy with all the features of various models clearly explained. My only criticism is that the instruction manual was, in places, a poor translation to English, and I would have preferred a printed version with the product delivery.

Good customer service. I need to edit my review. On November 7 I ordered the pneumatic stand for my Rouge G4 Pro. When I ordered the stand it indicated that it was in stock. One week later it still has not shipped so I reached out to Rouge. I was told that it is now out of stock and that I can expect delivery after December 19. Ironically in that message they directed me to a link so that I can see if products were in stock. I did that before ordering. I can just assume that my order was too small since I had already received my G4 panel. I so wanted to support a Canadian company. Service like this makes it difficult. Let’s hope that they can make it right. I would love nothing more than to go back to my original 5 stars.
