So far I haven't ever gotten part of my order, the shirts I received were much to small and not true to size, the responses I've gotten to repeated emails have been inconsistent, not answering questions, and they haven't followed through with what they said they would do for me. Unless something significantly changes there this is my far the worst interaction that I've ever had with an online business. Their return process can be boiled down to "mail it back to me and if I think it's good enough I will mail you back an exchange item. You won't know what is happening or if you just wasted your money entirely." I'm legitimately surprised at how bad this has gone. I've purchased things from companies like this that I've come across on Instagram ads and all the businesses I've come across are great small companies that are trying to take care of their customers and provide great care, so far, this has been the complete opposite.
