Due to the timing of my order, right at the height of the holiday season and year end, the delivery got hung up in customs. A quick note to Customer Service provided reassurance that if the package didn’t arrive by a certain date they’d assist. Even though there wasn’t anything that could be done by Cotton Clara, the support was kind and generous. What a lovely shop to have found.
