I was excited to use a liner that doesn't smudge. I did not mind spending a little more on this product. The advertisement was based on the precision waterliner that won't smudge. Unfortunately it did not deliver what was guaranteed as the selling point. It was no different than a drug store eye liner in the quality. It is an Expensive version of Covergirl. It smudged and did not stay on the waterline as described. Needless to say, It was not worth what I paid which left me deeply disappointed.
Then reading the ridiculous return policy condition. I can only return an unused sealed product. Why would I return something before I could try it? That doesn't make any sense. Not offering a refund based on satisfaction reflects the lack of confidence in a product.

You guys are great. I absolutely love you and I love your eyeliners, but yeah, the brow gel was just disappointing and kind of leaves a mess so I don’t use it and unfortunately, I wish I would’ve tested gotten some additional eyeliner than given that a try and I don’t know how I could even return that or possibly get credit back to buy more eyeliner.

The lash bond tube was leaking. I noticed it the 2nd time I used it because glue kept getting all over my hands, even after wiping down the tube repeatedly, which led to finding 2 areas where glue was leaking through. I took a photo. The lash seal also leaves a white residue and is not clear. I used it once and the lashes whitened, so I haven't used it again.
