The response time to my emailed questions were inappropriately long and I resented not being able to speak with someone by phone. UniUni failed to deliver two sets of shoes and ended up resending them , without prior notification, after Aleader reissued the shoes which... UniUni successfully delivered this time. The shoes were purchases around Aug 4. It's now Oct. 2. and I am awaiting full resolution of the situation & issuance of my refund. Oh the joys of online shopping.
